Use
of the Dako Cyan
If you are USING
a DNA stain then you will need to run FACSClean as
your last sample to remove the stain from the instrument.
Otherwise you
will stain the next user’s NEGATIVE control with your DNA STAIN!
- Any problems with the instrument should be reported by email to nigel.rust@path.ox.ac.uk and a note left with the instrument to inform the next user.
