This is the recommended way. Enter “Annual Review” into the definitive list of the University’s e-journal listing, which now at http://sfx7.exlibrisgroup.com/oxford/az

Hit “Go” and you get a list of the 44 Annual Reviews that Oxford subscribes to:

Click on through the title you want, and it’s obvious what to do.

2. Using PubMed

Searching on Annu Rev Immunol, limited to 1983, gave me this on PubMed.

Then clicking Honjo gave me

The link to the pdf of the full article worked fine.
