Work in the Gordon Laboratory has generated monoclonal antibodies which recognise macrophage cell surface markers.
Some of these antibodies recognise glycoproteins found only on the surface of macrophages while others recognise glycoproteins found on macrophages and other cell types of the myeloid lineage.
